SZ TWIST + TANDEM EXTRUDER LINE

5 payoff units, s/z bending system, tension system consisting of 3 stages are synchronized to each other. The tandem production line first makes s/z bending, the bending line consists of 7 servo systems and 19 heads., then the filling coating, then the outer surface sheath coating. It provides production at a maximum speed of 300m/min. As automation revision detail; Original siemens drivers were used and the latest version was used as plc system beckhoff.

Using existing panel hardware(Allen Bradley drives and switching equipment),adding a new siemens plc,beckhoff moduls and a new siemens hmi(touch panel), Thus, the machine has returned to its original performance and can produce at high capacity.
