Who says career days need to happen between four walls?

To celebrate Youth and Sports Day, we welcomed university students to Koç Koru for a different kind of career experience, one that moved both body and mind. From running and yoga to mindful breathing sessions, the day was designed to create space for energy, connection, and self-discovery.
While some students recharged on the track, others slowed down on the mat, taking a moment to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Our team shared their personal career journeys, answered questions, and gave students a glimpse into one of our EVP pillars: Home of Camaraderie - a culture built on togetherness, support, and genuine human connection, where people grow not only through work, but alongside one another.

We came together with 1,000 university students selected from over 60,000 applications at the Koç Young Talent Summit!
At the summit, opened by Koç Holding Human Resources Director Umut Günal, General Managers and many guest speakers were hosted throughout the day.
During the networking sessions, everyone from our General Managers and Senior Executives to our HR Leaders and Young Koç colleagues had one-on-one conversations with students, sharing their experiences of life and work at Koç.
This journey, which began with the summit, will continue through specially designed experience programs and internship opportunities within the Koç Young Talent Program. A big thank you to all the young talents who joined us on this exciting journey!

Shaping the Future with AI! �At Beko, we believe in unlocking potential and building the future together. Guided by this vision, the Beko AI Hackathon brought together approximately 50 students from seven different universities to develop innovative, AI-driven solutions.�The event commenced with a theoretical session covering the fundamentals of artificial intelligence. Participants then moved into an intensive working phase, collaborating in teams to design AI solutions capable of creating value in their daily lives or academic journeys.�The ideas presented were a compelling reflection of creativity, technical competence, and strong problem-solving capabilities. At the end of the day, projects were evaluated by a jury, and the winning team was awarded a fast-track opportunity to join FreshStart, our summer internship program.�Engaging with bright young minds who are shaping the future was truly inspiring for us. 🚀�
