Automation is a decision chain that transforms real-world data into real-world action.
This chain consists of three core elements: Sensor, Controller, and Actuator.
Sensors detect physical conditions in the environment and convert them into usable data. These include temperature, humidity, presence, and light. The Controller processes sensor data and determines the appropriate action for the system. The Actuator executes the decision in the physical world. The system continuously improves its performance through feedback.
