YCKM Serisi, düz, şekilli veya yumuşak kaplamalı (Low-E) camların kesilmesi için kullanılır. Kesim işlemleri elmas kesici ile yapılmaktadır. Entegre edilmiş yükleme kolları ile cam plakalar stok rafından otomatik olarak yüklenmektedir. Yüklemesi yapılan cam plaka kesim köprüsü tarafından otomatik olarak kesim pozisyonuna getirilir ve kesim işlemi başlar. Kesim bölümü aynı zamanda opsiyonel olarak fırça veya disk sıyırma ile donatılarak yumuşak kaplamalı camları (Low-E) maksimum hız ve kalitede sıyırabilmektedir. 180° dönebilen ve çift taraftan cam stoklama kapasitesine sahip opsiyonel döner stok sehpası ile zaman kayıpları minimum seviyeye indirilerek maksimum cam yükleme ve pozisyonlama kapasitesine ulaşılır. Standart, özel veya lazer ile taranmış şekiller kolaylıkla kesilebilmektedir. Cam kesim işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra, kesilmiş plakanın hassas cam ayrıştırma işlemi kesim masası üzerine entegre edilmiş kırıcı bar mekanizması ile kolaylıkla yapılabilir veya opsiyonel olarak, kırıcı masaya transfer edilerek ayrıştırılabilir.

YCKM Series is designed for cutting flat, shaped, or soft-coated (Low-E) glass. Cutting operations are performed using a diamond cutting tool. With the integrated loading arms, glass sheets are automatically loaded from the storage racks. The loaded glass sheet is automatically positioned by the cutting bridge into the cutting position, and the cutting process begins. The cutting section can optionally be equipped with brush or disc edge deletion systems, enabling the removal of soft coatings (Low-E) at maximum speed and quality. With the optional 180 rotary glass stock stand capable of storing glass on both sides, downtime is minimized and maximum loading and positioning efficiency is achieved. Standard, custom, or laser-scanned shapes can be cut with ease. After the cutting process is completed, precise glass separation can be easily performed via the breaking bar mechanism integrated into the cutting table, or alternatively, the glass can be transferred to an optional breaking table for separation.

Otomatik cam yükleme robotu cam plakaları stok raflarından her iki yönden de alabilmektedir. Kesim bölümü aynı zamanda opsiyonel olarak fırça veya disk sıyırma ile donatılarak yumuşak kaplamalı camları (Low-E) maksimum hız ve kalitede sıyırabilmektedir. Standart, özel veya lazer ile taranmış şekiller kolaylıkla kesilebilmektedir. CNC yazılım ile eksen hızı ve kesim işleminin optimizasyonu otomatik olarak yapılmaktadır. Minimum eksen hareketi ile kesim ve sıyırma işlemleri maksimum hızda yapılabilmektedir. Cam kesim işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra kesilmiş plaka kırıcı masaya transfer edilerek cam ayrıştırma işlemi yapılmaktadır.

Yüksek hızı ve kararlı yapısı sayesinde, macunlama işlemi servo motor kontrolü ile kusursuz bir şekilde yapılabilmektedir. Robotik yapısı sayesinde standart olarak çift cam ve üçlü cam üretimi yapabilmekte; opsiyonel olarak cephe (topal) cam macunlama işlemini desteklemektedir. İlaç donmalarını önlemek amacıyla entegre edilmiş otomatik solvent temizleme sistemi, yüksek basınçta etkili temizlik sağlar. Tüm süreç PLC kontrollü olup dokunmatik ekran üzerinden kolayca izlenebilir ve yönetilebilir; böylece yüksek kalite, hassasiyet ve maksimum verimlilik sağlanır.

Thanks to its high speed and stable structure, the sealing process is carried out flawlessly under servo motor control. With its robotic design, it enables standard production of double and triple glazing, and optionally supports facade (structural) glass sealing applications. An integrated automatic solvent cleaning system prevents sealant curing within the system and ensures effective cleaning under high pressure. All processes are PLC-controlled and can be easily monitored and managed via a touchscreen interface, ensuring high quality, precision, and maximum efficiency.

IG4.56 Series servo motor-driven automatic glass washing and insulating glass production line combines the processes of glass washing, drying, and precise assembly into a single integrated system. The vertical glass washing unit, constructed with a stainless steel body, effectively cleans glass using high-quality brushes and homogeneous water spray systems. The drying unit, which automatically adjusts according to glass thickness, ensures flawless drying performance. After the washing process, the glass is automatically transferred to the servo motor-driven panel press unit. Glass sheets fixed by vacuum holders are precisely aligned with the incoming glass sheets and pressed together to form insulating glass units. The system is capable of producing double, triple, and optionally quadruple glazing units, while also supporting structural (facade) glass and argon gas-filled insulating glass production. All processes are PLC-controlled and can be easily monitored and managed through a multi-language touchscreen interface, ensuring high quality, precision, and maximum efficiency.
