Redüktör arızalarının büyük çoğunluğu, sadece bir “yağ değişimi” ya da yüzeysel bir “temizlik” ile giderilemez. Ne yazık ki sektörde hâlâ bu tür yüzeysel yaklaşımlarla yetinilmeye çalışılıyor.

RBM’de hiçbir redüktör sadece sökülüp takılmaz. İlk adım, 3D ölçüm sistemleri ile gövde analizidir. Dişli malzemeleri, temas yüzeyleri, boşluklar, ısıl işlem yapısı, eksenel kaçıklıklar, rulman yatakları ve rulmanlar gibi tüm detaylar titizlikle kontrol edilir.
Bazen sorun tek bir parçada değil, tüm sistemin dengesinde gizlidir.

At RBM, a gearbox is never just disassembled and reassembled. We begin with a detailed housing analysis using 3D measurement systems. We thoroughly inspect the gear material, contact surfaces, clearances, heat treatment structure, axial misalignments, bearing housings, bearings, and more.
Sometimes the problem doesn’t lie in a single part, but in the balance of the entire system.
