Electrostatic Powder Coating for Controlled Surface Performance

We carry out electrostatic powder coating applications to achieve homogeneous and durable surfaces on metal parts. Following the coating stage, the applied powder is cured through heat treatment, completing the surface process under controlled conditions.

With our 150-meter conveyor line and coating capacity for parts up to 6000 mm in length, we respond to different production requirements through an integrated and systematic approach.

Metal parçalar üzerinde homojen ve dayanıklı yüzeyler elde etmek amacıyla elektrostatik toz boya uygulamaları gerçekleştiriyoruz. Kaplama aşamasının ardından uygulanan tozu ısıl işlemle kürleyerek yüzey sürecini kontrollü koşullar altında tamamlıyoruz.
