1” Mini - Safety Group for Boilers

Safety Groups are perfect technical and efficient solution for the protection of small and medium power boilers up to 50 kW. Safety valve (3 bar), air venting device and manometer is mounted on the body makes inspection fast and easy. The bottom body is designed with a geometry which convey air particles in the central section of the group, where is assembled the automatic air vent. The safety valve is designed in order to open automatically when the internal pressure of the system exceeds a pre-set maximum pressure value, by discharging the fluid throught it. Once the pressure of the system returns below the pre-set maximum value the safety valve closes automatically. This safety feature prevents reaching dangerous pressure levels which may damage and affect the components installed in the system.

CASE Pressure reducing valves with changeable cartridge and filter system

➢ Thanks to its replaceable cartridge mechanism, in case of any malfunction, the problem can be solved by replacing the cartridge without having to remove the product from plumbing system.
➢ The filter in it catches sand, gravel, debris etc. from entering parts of the product that can prevent it from functioning properly.
➢ The filter can be removed and cleaned at any time and periodic maintenance can be performed.
➢ The water passages are made from materials that prevent oxidation and corrosion.

WATER HAMMER ARRESTER:

For a safe and long-lasting operation of safety valves, it is advisable to periodically control them (at least twice a year), by operating it manually. The valve can be activated by turning the handwheel counterclockwise until it clicks. The incoming water guarantees an automatic cleaning of the seat, washing away any limescale deposits. For this operation, always turn to qualified personnel and bear in mind to convey the discharge to avoid burning!
