Physical and chemical properties of microsilica
1-Amorphous
Microsilica is not a crystalline substance. Crystalline materials do not dissolve in water. For example, silica sand is a crystalline substance in concrete.
2- Silicon dioxide> 85%

According to the ACI 234R standard, by replacing 15% of cement with microsilica, there are two million microsilica particles per particle of cement.
More than 95% of microsilica particles are less than one micrometer in size.
4- Bulk density
The density depends on the metals in the furnace and how the furnace operates. Due to its very low bulk density, it is not economical to transport to distant destinations.
The bulk density of microsilica during production is 130 to 430 kg / m3 and its solidified density is between 480 to 720 kg / m3.
5- Specific Gravity (Specific Gravity)
Specific density is a relative number that expresses density relative to the density of water. The specific density of microsilica is 2.2 and the specific density of cement is 3.15.
6- Specific Surface
The characteristic surface is the sum of the total surface area of ​​the particles, and this number is too high for microsilica. Just as sand in a concrete mix increases water demand, so does microsilica.
This number is about 300 to 500 square meters per kilogram for cement and 15,000 to 30,000 square meters per kilogram for microsilica.

Здравейте скъпи колеги,
Калциевият хидроксид Ca (OH) 2, освободен от хидратацията на цимента, съставлява 20-25% от бетона
хоросан и всъщност е слаб и разтворим компонент на бетонната маса.
Калциевият хидроксид е един от най-нестабилните компоненти на бетона поради неговата нестабилност.
Калциевият хидроксид в близост до Sio2 (микросилициев диоксид) се превръща в твърд и неразтворим
калциев силикат и прави бетона устойчив на химически атаки, алкална реакция на камъка
материали, както и повишаване на якостта на натиск и издръжливостта на бетона.
Чрез заместване на 10% микросилициев диоксид вместо цимент при производството на бетон:
1- Устойчивостта на натиск се увеличава с 8,31%.
2- Якостта на опън се увеличава с 25%.
Микросилициев диоксид (силициев диоксид), отговарящ на изискванията на ASTM C 1240, EN 13263, JIS A
6207 и ISIRI 13278.
Микросилициевият диоксид се препоръчва при добавена доза от 7 до 10% от масата на цимента.
