Dixell offers XR-CHC & XRB-CHC cooling controllers with Bluetooth®️ communication technology. With the new Emerson ™️ CONNECTED application that can be used on iOS and Android platforms, the user can control the bottle cooler, cold room and aisle cabinets in real time.

Thanks to the connected application, all operations on the controller can be performed from the smartphone or tablet screen. The Emerson ™️ CONNECTED App provides a statistical and graphical report output. This report is used as a very important diagnostic tool for service and maintenance. The application can also generate status messages about the system (alarm status etc.). The EmersonConnected Cloud service provides authorization of users and manages their access to the system.

Bu tip valfler, soğutucu sistemlerinde bakım gerektiği zaman bölümleri ayırmak, basınç sensörleri bağlamak ve sisteme soğutucu ilave etmek amacıyla kullanılırlar. Sistemi kolay kapama, doldurma ve boşaltma olanağı sağlarlar. Sızdırmazlık çift o-ring ile sağlanmaktadır ve yüksek basınç durumunda sıkma somunu mili güvenle sabitler. Üretimin %100’ü Helyum Detektörü ile test edilmektedir.

These kinds of valves are used in refrigerant systems tor isolating the sections in need of servicing, connecting Pressure transmitters and charging refrigerant into the system. They provide easy shut-off, charging and discharging capabilities to the system. Leak tightness is ensured by double o-rings and fixing nut holds the spindle with safety in case of high pressure. 100% of the production is tested by Helium Mass Spectrometer.

The XWi70K, new functions in 24.5 version!

- Compatibility with VSC Embraco

The new version allows the control of Embraco variable speed compressors (VSC) – FMFT models – using serial communication protocol. It is possible to connect up to 2 VSC compressors through a dedicated cable. When 2 VSC compressors are connected, the regulation is always “in parallel” mode; this means that the same speed will be sent to both compressors.

- Working status of the VSC compressor available via ModBUS

Serial communication with VSC compressors allows monitoring of the real working status of the VSC compressor. All information that comes from the VSC compressor becomes available via ModBUS.

- Regulation update

The regulation algorithm of VSC speed has been improved introducing a special management for some uses (for example, defrost, energy saving start/stop, alarm recovery) with the aim of obtaining a more stable regulation temperature and reduce application consumptions.
