Parsat Piston AŞ. 1971 yılı başında, Alman Kolbenschmidt lisansı ile üretime başlamış, gerekli kalıp ve aparatları da lisansör firmadan sağlamıştır. Zaman içinde parsat üretim için gerekli kalıp ve aparatları kendi hazırlar duruma gelmiş ve sektöründeki bir çok firmayı geride bırakan bir teknolojik düzey yakalamıştır.
