Sleeve labels are fitted onto the bottles and directed to the steam tunnel.

Labels are fitted onto the bottles in the steam tunnel.

The bottles filled with mustard sauce, with the filling, capping, and labeling process completed, are ready for packaging.

Margarine Filling and Capping Machine

Ready Cups are automatically loaded into the machine and subjected to UV light before being directed to the Filling Station.

Filling takes place at the Filling Station. After filling, the product is placed in the containers by vibration.

Pre-cut foils are automatically placed over the containers and directed to the sealing station.

The foils are sealed at the foil sealing station.

The lid is closed and directed to the output station.

Once the filling and sealing processes are complete, the margarine is ready for packaging.
