At the 8th Engineering and Industry Meetings event organized by İzmir Katip Çelebi University, our Aegean Regional Manager, Levent Özkan delivered a comprehensive presentation on load engineering through the perspective of HAREKET, aiming to introduce the discipline to future generations and academics. 🎓

HAREKET cranes carried out heavy lifting operations on the Dubai Metro Blue Line 🚊project, while His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, conducted site inspections of the project.

In the Dubai Metro Blue Line project, which is shaping the future of mobility, our SANY Crane SCC22000A with a lifting capacity of 2,200 tons, the largest crane in the region, along with our SANY Crane SCE4000A 400-tons, are actively involved in the project’s critical lifting operations.

With our engineering strength and operational capabilities, we are pleased to contribute to the Dubai Metro Blue Line project, a strategic infrastructure project of Dubai, on behalf of our main client MLCC (Mapa Limak CRRC Consortium). We have successfully completed the transportation operation for the Closed-Circuit Subsonic Wind Tunnel project belonging to the Turkish Aerospace Industries facilities. This project represents the second largest of its kind in Europe and the largest in Türkiye.

The load, measuring 14 meters in length, 14 meters in width, and 15 meters in height, was safely delivered to the facility, which has been constructed to support the design and development processes of aerospace vehicles, through Hareket’s advanced engineering solutions.

Custom-designed and manufactured lifting beams and climbing jacks, specifically developed by Hareket in line with the sensitive nature of the cargo, ensured that both loading and unloading operations were carried out in full compliance with the highest safety standards.

In the final phase of the operation, the load was precisely positioned into its final location through a 90-degree maneuver executed using 2 x 12-axle SPMTs.

We continue to support energy projects in Turkmenistan 🇹🇲 through our ongoing operations ⚡

The in-site transportation and installation of two modules, each weighing 92 tons, have been successfully completed. Together with the other installed equipment, the modules reached a total weight of 313 tons, and the placement operation was finalized with precise measurements ensuring accurate positioning.

The installation of four HRSG bypass stacks at a 1,574 MW combined cycle power plant in Turkmenistan 🇹🇲 has been successfully completed.

The bypass stack components, manufactured in sections, including a 62-ton silencer, a 52-ton stack lower, and a 40-ton stack upper, were precisely installed using an 800-ton lifting capacity SANY SCC8000A crawler crane.

Customized lifting plan was developed by HAREKET, and the appropriate equipment was carefully selected to suit the operational requirements.

Türkmenistan’da 🇹🇲 yer alan 1574 MW kapasiteli kombine çevrim güç santralinde, 4 adet HRSG by-pass bacası montajı başarıyla tamamlandı.

Parça parça imal edilen by-pass bacasına ait 62 tonluk silencer, 52 tonluk stack lower ve 40 tonluk stack upper ekipmanları, 800 ton kaldırma kapasiteli SANY SCC8000A paletli vinç ile hassasiyetle yerine yerleştirildi.

Projeye özel kaldırma planı HAREKET tarafından yapılarak operasyonlara uygun ekipmanlar özel olarak seçildi.

Just hours to go until the ESTA Awards of Excellence. 🏆

Today, we would like to highlight our project that reflects our engineering approach and is a finalist in the “Combined Techniques” category.

In a complex dismantling operation at Istanbul’s Sazlıdere Bridge, two 160-ton steel truss systems were lowered from 56-meter-high pylons by the Hareket team using combined lifting techniques.

Key challenges included strict restrictions on drilling into the completed structure, limited working space, and the requirement for a controlled 45° suspended rotation during the lowering process.

İstanbul’daki Sazlıdere Köprüsü’nde gerçekleştirilen karmaşık demontaj operasyonunda, Hareket ekibi tarafından 56 metre yüksekliğindeki pilonlardan iki adet 160 tonluk çelik kafes sistem, kombine kaldırma teknikleri kullanılarak aşağı indirildi.

Operasyonun başlıca zorlukları arasında tamamlanmış yapıya delme işlemi uygulanmasına yönelik sıkı kısıtlamalar, sınırlı çalışma alanı ve indirme sürecinde kontrollü şekilde 45° askıda döndürme gerekliliği yer aldı.
