Look at these 50 towns.
For some, they may be just architectural images.
For us, they are a technical brief.
We are promoting a completely different approach to construction: instead of building individual houses, or even individual neighborhoods, we propose building entire small cities on a turnkey basis — fully completed and ready for people to live in.
I am convinced that the global housing problem cannot be solved using traditional construction methods. To solve it, construction must evolve from a craft into an industry.
This is exactly why we created the Panel Monolith technology.
Its main value is not an individual panel or an individual building.
What matters most is the productivity of the entire system.
Our goal is to produce up to 1,000 wall panels per day on a continuous production line, with minimal human involvement. At this scale, the plant is no longer simply a factory producing construction components.
It becomes a factory for producing cities.
There is enough cement, sand, aggregate, and steel on Earth to provide decent housing for every person. The problem is not a shortage of raw materials. The problem is that humanity still builds too slowly, too expensively, and with too much manual labor.
We want to change that.
Panel Monolith is designed for mass construction, high speed, low cost, and consistent factory-controlled quality. Most of the work is transferred from the construction site to the factory. In our system, the bricklayer effectively becomes an installer: instead of spending weeks building walls block by block, the worker helps the crane install finished wall panels.
This is especially important in regions with extreme climates. Construction must continue both in freezing temperatures and in heat reaching 50°C, when traditional wet construction processes become difficult and inefficient. From the very beginning, the technology was designed as an all-weather industrial construction system.
Within our broader “Small Cities” concept, we are considering comprehensive development: housing, roads, schools, utility networks, and all the necessary infrastructure being built as one integrated project.
So with these 50 projects, I want to communicate one very simple idea:
Let us stop building housing one building at a time.
Let us start producing cities.
We invite investors and major construction companies to join us in building the first turnkey small cities of this kind.
Not twenty years from now.
But industrially, systematically, and today.
