High output starts with the right combination of material, mold, and machine.

From Components to Ready-to-Run HPSC Solutions

In addition to Porous Resin components, Castimo GmbH offers — based on many years of application experience —
ready-to-use Porous Resin molds as well as process- and mold-optimized machine solutions for HPSC.

A key factor for high output and low downtime is process-safe handling of the molds under real production conditions.

Therefore, we technically support the customer’s casting team with a clear focus on:
• quality control of manufactured molds
• evaluation of mold performance over service life
• optimization of cycle times and molding output
