2025 yılı Rota Öneri Sistemi ödüllerimiz sahipleriyle buluştu.

İzmit, Bursa ve Aksaray’daki tüm tesislerimizde çalışma arkadaşlarımız tarafından 2025 yılı boyunca 2.279 iyileştirme önerisi paylaşıldı. Çalışma arkadaşlarımızın bilgi birikimi, deneyimi ve yenilikçi bakış açısıyla ortaya çıkan bu öneriler, sürekli gelişim kültürümüzün güçlenmesine ve süreçlerimizin iyileştirilmesine katkı sağladı.

Önerileri değerlendirilerek ödüle layık görülen 82 çalışma arkadaşımızı tebrik ediyor, fikirleriyle gelişim yolculuğumuza katkı sunan tüm ekip arkadaşlarımıza teşekkür ediyoruz.

İnovasyon, katılım ve sürekli iyileştirme odağındaki yolculuğumuza birlikte devam ediyoruz.

2025 Rota Suggestion System Awards have been presented to their recipients.

Throughout 2025, our employees across all our facilities in İzmit, Bursa, and Aksaray submitted 2,279 improvement suggestions. These ideas, driven by the knowledge, experience, and innovative perspectives of our employees, contributed to strengthening our culture of continuous improvement and enhancing our processes.

We congratulate the 82 employees whose suggestions were recognized and awarded, and we thank all our colleagues who contributed to our improvement journey with their valuable ideas.
Together, we continue our journey focused on innovation, participation, and continuous improvement.

Assan Hanil olarak, dijital dönüşüm sürecimizde stratejik önem taşıyan bir adımı daha başarıyla tamamlamanın gururunu yaşıyoruz.
T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı Dijital Dönüşüm Destek Programı kapsamında, Assan Hanil Dijital Dönüşüm Merkezi Sertifikası almaya hak kazandık.
Sertifikamızı, T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanımız Sayın Mehmet Fatih Kacır’ın katılımlarıyla MEXT Teknoloji Merkezi’nde düzenlenen törende, Genel Müdürümüz Atacan Güner teslim aldı.
Dijital dönüşüm hedeflerimize katkı sağlayan ve ülkemiz sanayisinin teknoloji temelli gelişimini destekleyen T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı’na; süreç boyunca bilgi ve yönlendirmeleriyle bizlere destek olan MEXT Teknoloji Merkezi’ne teşekkürlerimizi sunarız.

As Assan Hanil, we are proud to have successfully completed another strategically significant step in our digital transformation journey.
Within the scope of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology Digital Transformation Support Program, Assan Hanil has been awarded the Digital Transformation Center Certificate.
Our certificate was received by our General Manager Atacan Güner at the ceremony held at MEXT Technology Center with the participation of the Minister of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, Mehmet Fatih Kacır.
