The bags enter the conveyor line, where the robot automatically handles the pallets and palletizes the bags with precise, consistent layers.

Once palletized, the finished pallet continues through the top-sheet dispenser, stretch-wrapping machine, and exit conveyors — all integrated into one seamless system.

Before Osr automation, this plant relied on 6–10 operators manually handling 50 kg bags, carrying them from the milling line to the palletizing area during 8–12 hour shifts.

After installing one of our robotic palletizing systems, the same process is now handled nonstop by automation delivering consistent pallet quality while eliminating heavy manual work.

Bricks. Dust. Weight. Repetition.

Exactly the kind of task where automation delivers the greatest value.

In this project, a robot equipped with a custom-designed OSR gripper picks complete layers of 32 bricks directly from a moving belt conveyor and palletizes them onto a chain conveyor with precision and maintaining continuous flow throughout the process.

A simple concept, but one that requires precise synchronization between robotics, gripping technology, and conveyor systems.
