M.Baş Villa

Projede kullanıcıların isteklerine uygun ölçülerde ve fonksiyonel kullanıma uygun planlama yapıldı. Tüm mahallerin deniz manzarasına göre konumlandırıldı.
Dış cephe projenin büyüklüğüne göre tek çerçevede tek tip malzeme ile tasarlanmıştır.

In the project, planning was made in accordance with the wishes of the users and in accordance with functional use. All spaces were positioned according to the sea view.
The facade was designed with a single type of material in a single frame according to the size of the project.

Aydınlar İnşaat Konut Projesi

Projede 2+1 plan şeması üzerine çalışıldı. Brüt 100 m2 üzerine katta 2 daire olarak tasarlandı. Dairelerin konumlanması proje sahiplerinin isteği ve deniz manzarasından kattaki tüm dairelerin faydalanması için arazinin de ön cephe ölçüsüne uygun şekilde planlanmıştır.

The project was designed with a 2+1 floor plan. It features two apartments per floor, each with a gross area of 100 m2. The placement of the apartments was planned according to the owners' wishes and to ensure all apartments on the floor benefit from the sea view, while also conforming to the dimensions of the land's front facade.

Başak Yapı Konut Projesi

Projenin dış cephe tasarımında mat beyaz renk ve prekast sütun süslemeleri kullanılmıştır. Prekast sütun çizimleri yapılıp ve örnek modeller kullanılarak ebat ve tip çalışmaları yapılmıştır.
Projenin dış cephe konseptine uygun iç mimari tasarımı şekillendirilmiştir. Alçıpan tavan uygulamaları,lake boya mobilya kapı seçimleri yapılmıştır. Granit 60X120 seçimleri konsepte kontrast dizaynlar tercih edilmiştir.

Matte white colour and precast column decorations were used in the exterior design of the project. Precast column drawings were made and size and end studies were carried out using sample models.
The interior design of the project was shaped in accordance with the exterior concept. Plasterboard ceiling applications, lake paint furniture door selections were made. Granite 60X120 selections were preferred contrasting designs to the concept.

M. Tuzcu Villa Projesi

2 kat imarlı araziye kullanıcı gereksinimine uygun şekilde plan çözümlemesi yapılmıştır. Arazi konum deniz seviyesinden yüksek konumda olmasından kaynaklı deniz manzarası tasarımda önemli bir etken olmuştur. Salon-oturma mahalinin tavanı yüksek tutularak ferah bir hacim ve deniz manzara görüşünden maksimum fayda amaçlanmıştır.

A suitable plan solution has been prepared for the user on the land zoned for 2 floors. The sea view provided by the elevated position of the land above sea level has been an important factor in the design. The ceiling of the living room/lounge area has been kept high to create a spacious feel and to maximize the benefit from the sea view.

Ermek İnşaat Konut Projesi

Arazi cephesinin yol cephesine 2 bağımsız bölüm yerleşimine imkan vermediğinden konut planlaması tek yön üzerine tasarlanmıştır. Arazide izin verilen emsal hesabının faydalı kullanmak 2+1 konsept konut planlaması minimal ölçülerde kullanılmıştır.

Because the land's facade doesn't allow for two independent units to be placed on the road, the housing plan was designed for a single-sided layout. To make effective use of the permitted floor area calculations on the land, the 2+1 concept housing plan was designed with minimal dimensions.

Akman Yapı Atlas Evleri Konut Projesi

Proje tasarımında belediye imar yönetmeliğinde 10 kat imar verilmesi ile bölgedeki proje tipine uygun olarak katta tek bağımsız bölüm olarak tasarlanmıştır. Bu şekilde arazi konumu ve eğiminin oluşturduğu avantaj ile deniz ve şehir manzarası üst katlar için daha değerli olacaktır. Arazideki eğimden dolayı açığa çıkan bodrum kata ticari alan oluşturulmuştur.

The project design, in line with the municipal zoning regulations, is designed as a single, independent unit per floor, consistent with the project type in the area. This advantage, created by the site's location and slope, will enhance sea and city views from the upper floors. The basement, exposed by the slopes of the land, offers commercial space.

Arazi eğiminin ve imar yönetmeliğinin avantajı kullanılarak açığa çıkan bodrum katına 2 adet mesken tasarlanmıştır. 2 kata imarlı arazide kullanıcı gereksinimine uygun şekilde katta 5 adet mesken planı tasarlanmıştır.

Using the advantage of the slope of the land and the zoning regulations, 2 dwellings were designed in the exposed basement floor. On the land zoned for 2 storeys, 5 dwellings were designed on the floor in accordance with the user requirements.
