Another proud day for us! The second passenger vessel built by Nova Shipyard for Doolin Ferry to Aran Islands & Cliffs of Moher , Inis Oirr Express successfully launched today.

Following the successful delivery of her sister vessel, this second project has been particularly valuable in further strengthening our partnership with Doolin Ferry.

Built in aluminium and designed by Mer Et Desigb to meet the demanding requirements of European passenger vessel regulations, Inis Oirr Express reflects our commitment to engineering, quality and innovation.

Special thanks to the Liam O’Brian and all Doolin Ferry team for their continued trust and to everyone at Nova Shipyard whose dedication and hard work made this achievement possible.

We now look forward to successfully completing her sea trials and preparing Inis Oirr Express for delivery.

Nova Shipyard has signed a contract with Italy’s Navigazione Libera del Golfo for the construction of a new 52-metre aluminium High Speed Craft passenger vessel, designed by Italian naval architecture firm M2Engineers. The vessel will accommodate 655 passengers and will be built in compliance with HSC Category B requirements.

It is not just a signature, but the begining of something significant.
Thanks to NLG for their trust has been placed in us. Now it is time to deserve it.

Nova Shipyard will be exhibiting at Seawork and will also support the Seawork Awards Night as a sponsor.

We will also host a Networking Event on 11 June, between 13:30 and 14:30, bringing together clients, partners, designers, operators, and industry professionals.
