For Marc Carolan Sound Engineer, the answer is simple. Every venue brings a different set of variables, but a reliable reference should remain constant. Musicality can be subjective, but an excellent reference shouldn’t lie. It shouldn’t hype the mix or flatter what you’re hearing, it should simply tell you the truth.

Inside the House of Music Berlin, Telegrapher brought a whole new listening experience to MetalCon Berlin 2026 where we presented our range of monitors. The Fox, Gorilla, Elephant and the world’s FIRST fully carbon fibre enclosure, the Carbon Fox!

We were leading the charge, it was all about raw, hands-on sessions. No DSP. Just our analog monitors defining the room through real-time listening, genuine conversations, and a shared passion for pure sound.
