📍 Job Responsibilities
Provide customer service and support during field visits and tie workflows to schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
Core responsibilities include:
1. Install new equipment, service client equipment, and conduct maintenance, repairs and testing tasks to ensure proper documentation of all related processes with necessary field service documents.
2. Assist and oversee contractors’ work to ensure that project and technical requirements are met.
3. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or technical issues.
4. Diagnose errors and technical problems, determining proper solutions to produce timely and detailed service reports.
5. Support engineers and operators with monitoring new equipment installations.
6. Provide preventative maintenance, technical insight and documentation on errors/issues that need to be resolved.
7. Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
8. Satisfy customer needs by making appropriate recommendations and briefings, using appropriate field automation systems, procedures, and protocols.
9. Establish assistance by studying system requirements, including ordering and gathering essential components and parts, completing the installation, and performing quality assurance tests.
10. Maintain customer satisfaction by using creativity and ingenuity to investigate complaints, identify resolutions, suggest enhanced operating techniques, and recommend system improvements.
11. Service existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning a daily travel schedule, reviewing concerns, conducting tests, and resolving problems.

⚙️ Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience in the mechanical and electromechanical fields.
2. Certification in mechanical/electro certification with maintenance training, or equivalent.
3. ✅ MET or EET required.
4. Reading and interpreting equipment blueprints and installation manuals.
5. Assembling/disassembling equipment and other MHE components.
6. Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, components and basic electrical.
7. Understanding of material handling systems.
8. Possesses troubleshooting skills and can resolve equipment malfunctions.
9. Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with project personnel.
10. Computer knowledge and usage to communicate information via Office 365.
11. ✅ Valid Heavy T driver's licence.

Due to the nature of the job, you will need to meet the following physical requirements:
✅ Use basic hand and power tools.
✅ Lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping.
✅ Climb, stand, and move around on ladders, and platforms; twist, turn and bend.
✅ Stand on concrete floors for an extended period.
