Filtration and Separation - CASL is a provider of filtration and separation solutions that includes transformer oil dehydrat

ion and reclamation services. This includes oil testing, oil reclamation, oil dehydration, transformer filling and emptying, vacuum and pressure testing services. Other services include Load Tap Changes filtration systems to reduce soot load and enhancing oil properties. Complimentary to this service is our ultrasound analysis to detect leaks, corona discharge and other related issues. Laboratory Services - Our state of the art laboratory includes l**e, transformer, engine, hydraulic oil testing. Water testing is also provided that meets the relevant standards. Lubrication & Hydraulic Services - CASL offers a host of lubrication and hydraulic services. Oil testing is conducted on all hydraulic, l**e oil and engine oil to for condition monitoring of equipment. This provides proactive information to your team enhancing performance and reliability of equipment in the field. CASL provides hydraulic services to pumps, motors, cylinders, valves and accumulators. Test benches are used to provide performance testing for hydraulic components. Nitrogen and Compressed Air Services - CASL provides turn-key non-cryogenic nitrogen generation systems for petrochemical, mining oil and gas applications worldwide. These systems utilize membrane or PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technologies to provide nitrogen on-demand 24 hours day. Compressed Air Treatment Products such as: Water Separators, Coalescers, Aftercoolers, Dryers and Pressure Tanks are also available. Systems can be provided to meet relevant ISO classifications. Transformer Maintenance Services - CASL's transformer maintenance services are tailored to support from older installed transformers to new ultra-modern installations. Insulation testing, ultrasound inspection, thermography and oil analysis are summarized for decisive actions. We can help you remove PCBs and dispose of these oils very safely. Insulation oil and SF6 reclamation are conducted on-site. Pumps and Pumping Systems – As the representative for the PSG pump group in Trinidad and Tobago, pumps exclusive to CASL are: Blackmer (Industrial Market only), Almatec, Griswold, Neptune and Mouvex. Pump rentals and full workshop support are also available.
