To ensure that plastic bottles from homes in the West do not enter the national landfills. What do we do at My Plastic Contributions?
-Here at My Plastic Contributions we collect your rinsed out plastic bottles from your home and keep them from arriving in the landfills. Instead these bottles are carried to agencies such as Plastikeep and Piranha Plastics where they are sorted, stripped and

finally exported for recycling. (Currently there is no recognized recycling firm in Trinidad and Tobago)

How do I get my rinsed plastic bottles to My Plastic Contributions?
-On Monday afternoons My Plastic Contributions will go to the homes of registered Plastic Contributors and collect their rinsed plastic bottles at a cost of $10 per bag. (Bags can be as big as you wish)

This organisation created to make recycling more convenient with the hopes that the general awareness of recycling in our community will be raised.

My Plastic Contributions collects bags of rinsed plastic bottles on Monday afternoons at a cost of $10 per bag (bags can be any size). These bottles then begin their recycling process locally and are finally exported to be recycled. Our goal is to ensure that eventually not one plastic bottle enters our landfills. To register with My Plastic Contributions please contact Rushell at (1-868)721-7988. After you register, your pick-up will be scheduled and allotted an estimated pick-up time depending on your location. Payments will be arranged so that bottle collections may be made even when registered Contributors are not at home. Otherwise, payments will be collected along with the bottles. Thank you!
