SPREADING INFORMATION FOR INTERESTED CLIENTS AND OTHERS.

(GUESTIMATION) *Material and Labour inclusive*

There are some questions that have been asked by us and we will like to answer it. You can use this method to guestimate the cost of your home. The normal Homes is Built @$300.00 per sq ft. This is a standard Home Cost. If you are interested in more expensive finishes and "cosmetic enhancements" then you can multiply the total sq ft by $450.00.

Roofing.....

Gable- $40.00 per sq ft
Dutch Hip- $55.00 per sq ft
Hipstyle- $60.00 Per sq ft

Readymix...
Ready mix is calculated as cubic meters. To calculate cubic meter you check length x width x depth. To change your feet to meters use ( feet x 0.3). the thickness of the concrete....
5"= 0.135 m
4"= 0.1 m
Whatever you sum up to, you will have to round off the figure as trucks do not bring half of a cubic meter etc (6.28 cubic meters = 7 cubic meters) price of concrete depends on PSIs (Pounds per square Inch) *never use anything under 3000 PSIs*

Ceiling....

Suspended Gypsum $10.00 to 13.00 per sq ft
Gypsum $16-20.00 per sq ft depending on design
PVC- $14-15.00 per sq ft depending on design

Plastering..... (the longest process on a home)
$20.00 per sq ft.

Blockwork.....
Labour only - $6.00 per block
Labour only - $5.00 per block (once laying over 2000 blocks)
Material Inc - $10.00 per block
