The purpose of pre-mobilization meetings is to ensure that all personnel, equipment, documentation, and safety requirements are in place before mobilization to the offshore asset.

Meeting groups provides an opportunity to:
* Identify and address potential hazards and risks.
* Confirm personnel competency, training, certifications, and fitness for work.
* Clarify individual roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
* Verify that all required PPE, tools, equipment, and materials are available and fit for purpose.
* Review JSA/risk assessments and control measures.
* Confirm permit-to-work and offshore operating requirements.
* Review emergency response, muster, evacuation, and communication arrangements.
* Discuss transportation, logistics, weather conditions, and other mobilization requirements.
* Reinforce Stop Work Authority and the responsibility of every team member to intervene when an unsafe condition exists.
