【扣件小知識🔩】：冷鍛件與切削件的差別

🔹 冷鍛（Cold Forming）
利用高壓將金屬材料擠壓成形，不需大量切除材料，因此材料利用率高、生產效率佳，也常能保留良好的金屬纖維流向，適合大量生產各式扣件與精密零件。

🔹 切削加工（Machining）
透過車床、銑床等設備，將多餘的材料逐步切除，製作出所需形狀。這種方式加工彈性高，適合少量生產或形狀較複雜、精度要求高的零件。

簡單來說，冷鍛像是把金屬「塑形成需要的樣子」，切削則像是把金屬「雕刻成需要的樣子」。兩種製程各有優勢，會依產品設計、數量與使用需求選擇最適合客人的方法。
