A new door just opened in Tainan.
Our new office gives our service teams a shared, flexible space to connect, recharge, and head back out to customer sites.
Built with purpose and respect for nature, the space reflects Nova’s global facility standards, featuring low-VOC materials and a "reuse, reduce, recycle" approach that aligns with our ESG commitment.

Our team celebrated the new office opening, which was thoughtfully designed, green by choice, with Nova’s CBO, Zohar Gil.
Cograts to the team that now gets to work in space that respects nature and people.

Nova Taiwan Completed the 2025 Mizuno Relay Marathon!

On November 2, 2025, Nova Taiwan proudly took on the Mizuno Relay Marathon, completing the full 42.195KM relay with teamwork and determination.
Final Time: 04:18:25

Highlights:
- 8 runners from Application, Algorithm, and System teams working together as one
- Diversity & Inclusion: Two female runners and an international teammate from Nova Israel
- Every leg completed with commitment—from the first baton at 00:23:29 to the final sprint at 00:25:42

Together, we keep moving forward—one race, one milestone at a time.

“Turns out, I’d been working with a few “Gold” personalities all along and never even knew it.
We’re from different departments, with different roles and styles.
But deep down, we share the same way of thinking.
That was one of the surprising things I discovered during the True Colors workshop.

I’ve learned to slow down, give others time, and speak in a way they can truly hear.
It’s helped me be more patient, and more thoughtful in how I communicate with my teammates.
We don’t all work the same way, but that’s exactly what makes collaboration better.
To me the highlight was watching two of our managers present our “Gold team” results to the class.
I couldn’t help but snap a photo.
It felt like a moment worth remembering.
(And yes, we won the challenge.)”

“在｢True Colors｣工作坊之前，我們團隊的溝通方式多半依情況而定。
與主管溝通時，我們會保持直接且精簡；同事之間則較為輕鬆，常會提出開放式問題並分享經驗。
面對客戶時，每個人都有自己的風格，但通常會稍微正式一點，確保訊息可以準確傳達。
這次工作坊讓我看事情有了不一樣的角度。
不同的「顏色」很自然就能勝任某些角色，這能提升團隊合作的效率；同時我也意識到，讓每個人嘗試不同角色，能幫助大家更深入地理解彼此的觀點。
我是百分之百的藍色，代表我真心關懷他人，但我也學到，有時候這份關心可能會被誤解為過度掌控。
自從工作坊之後，我更懂得傾聽，減少了不必要的提問，尤其是那些其實不需要知道的事；這讓溝通更順暢，也減少了誤會。
