逆向製作高剛性生產線零件總成，比對樣品，圖紙，優化材質，加強熱處理工序。完成線上生產測試兩組正常運作。客戶後續再度追加兩組訂單。
鋼索捲筒，鋼索滑輪，天車輪，軸心，輥輪，包膠輥，噴砂輥，電鍍輥，整平輥，背托輥，熱處理金屬，重機械部品加工。
設備：CNC巨型中型小型車床，CNC銑床，線切割。
