UYOUNG take 976 days on research and development to build the new brand - YOGURT MASTER. It includes specification for yogurt beverages, formula in production, patent application and related research papers of Yogurt Bio Beverage.

In October 2019, the first store has opened in Taiwan with commodification in patent and technology of Yogurt Bio Beverage. In addition to the classic product- Brown Sugar bubble Yogurt, there are many special Yogurt beverages, such as Fruit Yogurt, the unique Fruit Yogurt Foam beverage, and so on.

Since the store opened, there is a continuous stream of customers visiting YOGURT MASTER, not only the new customers but also regulars. Furthermore, YOGURT MASTER receives many enquiries from franchisees and agents.

We work on fermentation technology development, patents on fermentation process and innovative enzyme products, which include dietary supplement and enzyme washing cleaning products. Our production process is accredited by ISO22000 and HACCP, the International Food safety management systems.

UYOUNG focus on fermentation technology and microbiota-gut-brain axis (preventive medicine science field). We develop a new fermentation technology-Whole Fruits and Vegetables Fermentation. Since 2015, the research team of UYOUNG has studied on the uses of Curcuma longa. It has been used as a raw material in enzyme products. With industry-academic cooperation, evaluation of patent, and working with academic units, we also publish related research papers. UYOUNG hope that more and more people know the benefits of Curcuma longa.

In 2017, UYOUNG had started a new business about “microbiota-gut-brain axis “which is an important science on the field of preventive medicine during recent five years. The new business focus on a special food culture in Taiwan “hand shake beverages”. We work on new strategies for patent commercialization, and to develop new hand shake Yogurt beverages with professional biotechnology.

In 2018, UYOUNG was invited to the symposium to show the “Agricultural Survey, Origin Identification and Phytochemical Analysis of Two Turmeric Cultivars (TN1-2) in Nantou”. By sharing academic researches, we would improve the product development ability, and produce more innovative products.
