“No Fire, No Explosion! 10Ah Sodium-Ion Battery Cell Nail Pe*******on Test Revealed!”

As CATL continues to advance the mass production and commercial deployment of sodium-ion batteries in 2026, sodium-ion battery technology has become one of the most closely watched directions in the new energy industry. Recent reports indicate that CATL is moving forward with sodium-ion battery applications in areas such as passenger vehicles, battery swapping, and energy storage.
Guli Smart Energy continues to follow the latest developments and technical evaluations of sodium-ion battery cells across different application scenarios. We have also accumulated practical experience in sodium-ion battery pack applications. Recently, many domestic and international customers have been discussing with Guli the potential adoption of sodium-ion batteries in energy storage, backup power, low-temperature environments, and specialized application fields.
In this video, we share the nail pe*******on safety test of two sodium-ion battery cells, with a focus on the test result of the 10Ah sodium-ion battery cell. The results show that both sodium-ion battery cells passed the acceptance criteria of no fire and no explosion.
