慧國工業自1975年創立即以生產家庭用縫衣機起家，並於1979年與日本愛信
精機株式會社合資後開始生產鋁合金家用縫衣機，其品質自始即深獲客戶肯
定。在1983年正式導入豐田生產方式及全面品質管制，並實施人性化的管理。
並於1985年開始生產汽車零件回銷日本及供應台灣汽車組裝廠。並在1993年
增加工業用縫衣機的生產。 慧國工業30多年來憑藉著品質至上，客戶第一的理念，重視生產，品質，設
備的管理及人才的培育，並將創意積極反映在工作上，成為充滿活力的企業。
慧國工業於1996年榮獲安全衛生優良五星獎，同年亦取得ISO 9002認証。嗣
後於1998年取得環境管理的ISO 14001認証及2000年取得QS-9000的認証。
2002年取得ISO 9001(2000版)
的認証後於2005年取得汽車業全球化必備的
TS16949認証。 慧國工業自2000年起開始對外投資，在中國杭州及廣州與愛信精機株式會社
合資，分別設立家用縫衣機製造廠及汽車車身零組件製造廠。 在台灣則收購車身飾條製造廠並接受日本ADVICS株式會社委託代辦其供應
煞車零組件給本地TOYOTA組裝廠的業務。 慧國工業長期以來即以回饋區域社會為已志，1981年後即開放廠區供工業界
及大專院校師生觀摩其日本式經營，聞名全國的5S，KANBAN運作及豐田
生產方式；對台灣工業水準的提昇做出了很大的貢獻。
Taiwan AISIN Elite Manufacturing Company established in 1975 manufacturing the household
sewing machine, and combined with Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. in 1979 bring to the production of
aluminum household sewing machine, whose quality has been deeply recognized by its
customers since then. Elite formally lead in the Toyota Production System (TPS), Total Quality
Control (TQC) and the practice of humanistic management in 1983. By the year of 1985, Elite
Began to provide the automotive parts to the assembly factories in Japan and Taiwan and also
we extended the production on industrial sewing machine manufacturing in 1993.Elite Sewing Machine Manufacturing Company has become an energetic enterprise by virtue of
the creed on Quality First, Customer Satisfaction, and the emphasis on production, quality,
equipment management, human resource development and the spontaneous creativity on
production over thirty years. Elite Sewing Machine Manufacturing Company was honorably awarded the Five-Star Security
Premium and the certificate of ISO 9002 in 1996. After earning the
certificate of ISO9001 (2000 version) in 2002, we also obtained the essential certificate of automobile
industry globalization on TS16949. Elite Sewing Machine Manufacturing Company began to invest the overseas market since 2000,
which covered the invested joint ventures with Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd on the Household Sewing Machine
Factory in HangZhou, and the Automotive Body Parts Factory in GuangZhou of China.Elite Sewing
Machine Manufacturing Company acquired the automotive molding manufacturing factory in Taiwan
and also commended the brake and chassis related parts supply to Japanese Advics Company to
provide the local Toyota assembly factory. Elite Sewing Machine Manufacturing Company committed to feedback the society, and with the open
plant policy for the industries and the colleges to tour the Japanese Operation Management, national
well-known 5S measures (Seiri as Sort, Seiton as Straighten, Seiso as Scrub, Seiketsu as
Systematize, and Sh*tsuke as Standardize), the use of Signboard (KANBAN) and Toyota Production
System (TPS),which has highly contributed to the rise of Taiwan industrial level.
