品在中港台、大馬、泰國亞洲地區流竄，從包裝盒到產品主體，直接抄襲製造。經過一

個多月的追查，我們已經蒐集大量證據，將對生產與販賣仿冒品的廠家採取法律行動。



我們在此呼籲，來源不明，沒有經過原廠授權認可的產品，都可能是仿冒品，即便您在

不知情的情況下成了助長仿冒品流竄的幫兇，也有應負的法律責任。 請認明購買意得客

公司貨，保障您的消費權益。



此外，針對坊間所謂的水貨商(平行輸入)我們也做了調查，到目前為止尚未找出有官方

授權管道來源證明，大多數都是台灣接單→淘寶訂貨。

敝司也將針對這些來路不明的水貨商(平行輸入)做商品真偽調查，即刻採取商標法、智

慧財產權法、著作權法之法律行動，決不寬貸。
