光宇材料由一批半導體及太陽能電池產業之技術菁英於2009年組成。為了提升產業效益及心繫綠能產業的環保初衷,我們引進源於美國亞利桑納州之綠色環境科技技術並致力於廢砂漿之回收再生。此環境科技技術包含超強力環保除油洗潔劑、多功能絮凝劑、高分解微生物處理系統等,可大量應用于各種產業之廢水及廢棄物處理。經過長時間資源投入,光宇不但順利突破技術瓶頸,從半導體及太陽能事業廢棄物中回收出高純度的矽粉及碳化矽粉,創造太陽能電池及半導體晶圓產業一個全新的城市礦源之再生價值;同時,我們所使用環保的處理流程,符合國家排放的標準,大幅降低及避免了工業生產中所造成的生態環境破壞與污染。
光宇在開發出高純度超微米矽粉回收分離技術後,開始與院校單位共同研究,朝兩大綠色能源材料研發。第一, 我們成功以奈米轉換技術(NTT)開發出可使用於負極材料之改質矽粉、特殊結合劑等。經過長期反覆驗證,光宇的特殊改質矽粉及結合劑配方不但大

幅提升負極材料電容量,並成功克服了不可逆電容,循環性等傳統矽碳負極材料問題。第二, 我們運用高純度矽粉,開發出特殊生產高純度氫氣技術,罕見的以事業廢棄物中之再生資源量產出最具經濟效益之99.9%高純度氫氣,可大量使用於氫氣充電站及攜帶式燃料電池發電使用。

GET Green Energy(GGE) was established by a group of passionate professionals in IT & PV industry in 2009. Having great passion in re-shaping a green earth, GGE is dedicated to improve the solar cell waste slurry recycling process by licensing in a unique green technology from Arizona, US. Each element itself can be used in most of industrial waste water and slurry treatment processes. After spending much resources and time in R&D and field trial, GGE have eventually broken through the bottleneck of current waste slurry treatment problem from solar cell and PV industries and successfully recovered high purity silicon powder and silicon carbide powder using an eco-friendly processes. As a result, the solar cell and PV industries have much less slurry waste discharge. Complying with the national discharge standard, the GGE's process significantly reduces the amount of industrial waste resulting less damage to the eco-system. After developing the new technology for recovering high purity micron silicon powder from waste slurry, GGE began setting up joint R&D collaborations with laboratories in universities and research institutes for the development of green energy materials. GGE have further achieved:
(1) by applying Nano Transducing Technology (NTT), GGE have developed the NTT Powder, which is a mixture of modified silicon powder and a special binder, that can be used in anode materials in LIB. After going through a stringent verification process, it has been proven that the newly developed NTT Powder cannot only significantly increase the power storage capacity of anode materials but also solve the problem of irreversible capacitance and charge/discharge cycles.. (2) by using a high purity silicon powder, GGE developed a very unique technology that can effectively produce hydrogen with 99.9% purity. This hydrogen can be soon applied to electric powered vehicle charging station and portable fuel cell. GGE's focus is to assist PV and green energy industries becoming more sustainable and greener businesses. GGE greatly believe that its unique and pioneering green energy technologies will be one of major contributors in the next Green Revolution.
