在車削加工的世界裡，CNMG 120408 這些數字與字母並非隨機排列，而是刀具精密的規格密碼。不論是鎢鋼、CBN 還是 PCD 刀片，看懂這串 ISO 規格編碼，是每位工程師與採購人員優化效率、精準掌握生產成本的第一步。

快速拆解：以最常見的 CNMG 120408 為例：

C (Shape)：刀片形狀。C 代表 80° 菱形，兼顧切削強度與靈活性。
N (Clearance Angle)：後角。N 代表 0°（無後角），通常用於雙面切削，經濟性最高。
M (Tolerance)：公差等級。決定了刀片製造的精密度與定位重複性。

In the world of turning operations, codes like CNMG 120408 are far from random—they are precise specifications that define a tool's performance.
