台旺近期安排了 ISO 相關課程，讓同仁進一步了解 ISO 稽核的內容與品質管理系統的運作📘
透過課程，我們除了更加認識稽核流程與相關要求外，也進一步提升對品質管理的意識，並讓我們重新檢視是否可以優化相關流程✅
在課程中，我們也藉由案例討論與經驗分享，思考如何與供應商、客戶維持更有效率的品質管理與溝通機制

Tair Wang recently arranged an ISO-related training course to help our team gain a deeper understanding of ISO audits and quality management systems 📘
Through the course, we not only became more familiar with audit procedures and related requirements, but also strengthened our awareness of quality management and encouraged us to re-evaluate whether existing processes can be further improved✅
During the training, we also discussed case studies and shared experiences, allowing us to explore more effective ways to maintain quality management and communication with both suppliers and customers.
