三炎實業股份有限公司創立於1975年，初創時期專門生產電工器材、塑膠射出類產品之製造與銷售。
1983年因應市場景氣改投資家電業、製造業，並由200坪廠房擴充迄今1600坪的廠房，所生產之產品除原電工器材外，更加廣泛的開發桌燈、夾燈、落地燈、休閒冰桶及多樣化贈品類之產品等等。
因所生產的產品均嚴格要求品質的重要，所以在行銷方面除內銷外，在早年就已行銷至日本、美國、歐洲等等之國家，並獲得各國的安全認證。
期盼爾後，能因貴公司的照料，使敝公司更朝向國際化的品質，為擴大對客戶的服務而努力。
