It was a great pleasure to welcome our Japanese shareholder, Tokyo Century, together with our partners from Kyudenko / KRAFTIA, to Taiwan for the Annual General Meeting of Ciel & Terre Taiwan.
During the visit, we had meaningful discussions regarding the current operating environment of floating solar power plants in Taiwan, the challenges and opportunities facing the local renewable energy market, and the rapidly growing electricity demand driven by AI infrastructure development.
As both the energy and AI industries continue to evolve, the integration of renewable energy, power infrastructure and international resources will play an increasingly important role in Taiwan’s future development. Through our discussions with our Japanese shareholders and partners, we developed a clearer shared understanding of potential cooperation and future market opportunities.
A visit to Tainan would, of course, not be complete without experiencing its excellent local cuisine. The informal dinner also provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships and deepen mutual understanding beyond the meeting room.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Ciel & Terre International CEO Alexis Gaveau for spending three days in Taiwan. During his visit, we exchanged views on the Taiwanese market, company operations, corporate governance and our future outlook.
Alexis also joined the Taiwan team for dinner, creating a valuable opportunity for open communication and team building. The visit helped further strengthen the connection between the international headquarters and our local team.
Thank you to all our shareholders, partners and team members for your continued engagement and support. We look forward to further strengthening the collaboration between Taiwan, Japan and France, while exploring new opportunities in floating solar, AI infrastructure and the future energy market.
