在 Everplast Machinery 試車現場，業務團隊與工程師正針對 PVC 軟硬複合異型材進行設備調整與成品確認。此類異型材需同時兼具硬質結構支撐與軟質彈性貼合特性，並在同一道押出製程中維持材料界面穩定、成型精度與表面品質，因此對模具流道設計、押出穩定性、冷卻定型與尺寸控制皆有高度要求。

從材料塑化、複合押出、冷卻定型到成品外觀與尺寸精度，進行逐項檢視與調整，確保設備符合客戶後續量產需求，提供穩定、高品質的 PVC 異型押出生產解決方案。

Everplast Machinery 今天的產線，專注在PP管的測試。從出料狀況、溫度控制到速度調整，每個細節都反覆確認，只為讓管材的圓度、質感與穩定性更到位。看著管材的圓度與質感慢慢穩定下來，那種把參數調到理想狀態的成就感，總是很真實。

PP管會應用在桌腳、椅腳上，因此除了外觀，也同步驗證結構強度與耐用性。測試、修正、再測試，看似平凡，卻是每件產品成形前不可少的過程。
