A custom collaboration project requested by a client
BMW R nineT rear suspension link (rear suspension link / torque arm).

This project begins with simulation to understand real load conditions,
followed by topology optimization to identify where material truly contributes to structural strength.
The structure is then refined into a manufacturable design.

The final component will be produced in titanium alloy,
chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio, durability, and suitability for load-bearing applications.

This process ensures every design is built on a clear and reliable mechanical foundation.

Production is coming soon. Stay tuned.

A custom collaboration project requested by a client
BMW R nineT rear suspension link (rear suspension link / torque arm).

In this project, we start by running simulations to understand the actual load conditions.
We then perform topology optimization to identify which material truly contributes to structural load bearing.
Based on these results, the structure is refined into a design that can be practically manufactured.

This process ensures that every design is built on a clear and reliable mechanical foundation.

最後依照這些結果整理結構,完成可實際製作的設計圖。

🔧 R1300GS — Real Numbers, Real Ride

We know what you’re thinking:
“Didn’t BMW claim 145 horsepower?”
Well… yes, but let’s talk about what that number really means.

This R1300GS, fitted with our JC Handmade full titanium front section, just pulled 142.47 PS @ 7,870 RPM and 14.30 kg·m of torque @ 6,390 RPM on a rear-wheel dyno.

That’s real output — not brochure numbers.



📌 A few things to keep in mind:
• BMW’s 145 PS is measured at the crankshaft, before drivetrain losses.
• Our dyno reads rear-wheel horsepower, after mechanical resistance.
• A 10% drop from crank to wheel is industry standard — which means this result is right where it should be.
• And yes, the bike is running our titanium front section — but it’s not built to inflate peak numbers. It’s built to stabilize mid-range torque, enhance throttle response, and improve flow efficiency.



This wasn’t about proving the factory wrong.
This was about letting the bike breathe — the way it should’ve from the start.
