Smart Ecological Community (SEC)

推動「智慧城市」，有助於解決經濟發展與環境保育之間「資源」的矛盾；營造「生態城市」，有助於解決社會公平與環境保育之間「開發」的矛盾；邁向「公義社會」，則試圖解決經濟發展與社會公平之間「財富」的矛盾。
城市社會奠基於各社區、社群、網絡與個人，因此要避免發展經濟損及環境保育與社會公平，關鍵在於如何透過技術與制度創新，推動低碳、節能、循環利用的綠色經濟、智慧城市、生態社區以及建立智慧開放的效能政府，始以邁向公義社會。
