【今年夏天，工廠裡多了一件新裝備】

台灣的夏天越來越熱，有些同仁幾乎天天都待在沒有空調的高溫環境裡。
在「偷看」了日本客戶的著裝後，我們也回頭看看自己的現場。
在評估與試穿後，空調服正式被納入我們的高溫作業補助，成為現場裝備的一部分。

照片裡，是大家當時一起試穿、挑尺寸、看款式，還有互相討論的畫面。
而空調服到大家手上也已經一陣子了。
現在不只進工廠，偶爾連辦公室裡，都能看到穿著它的人影 😆

【AI 小教室｜讓新工具走進日常工作】

除了日常的專案討論，先鋒也開始在業務會議後安排 AI 小教室，由同仁分享不同 AI 工具的使用方式與應用場景。

第一次分享的主題是 NotebookLM。

面對大量文件、產業資料，或是不熟悉的主題時，NotebookLM 可以協助整理重點、快速查找規範內容，也能將資料轉換成 Podcast、簡報等不同但容易接納的形式，第一次出來的結果讓大家都很驚艷。

在使用 NotebookLM 的過程中，我們也希望慢慢建立屬於先鋒的內部知識庫與 Q＆A，讓累積下來的資料之後能更方便查找與使用，讓跨領域的人也能夠簡單利用。

透過這樣的內部分享，也讓更多同仁有機會接觸新工具，找到更適合自己的工作方法。

【WIRE Magazine: A Digital Brain for Heavy-Duty Stranding】Power, Now with Precision

Pioneer Machinery is pleased to share our recently published article in WIRE Magazine, highlighting RigidEdge™ — our intelligent pneumatic tension control technology for heavy-duty rigid stranding.

Heavy-duty stranding still requires strong pneumatic braking force, but as production speeds and quality expectations rise, braking force alone is no longer enough.

RigidEdge™ keeps the high holding force of pneumatic disc brakes while adding digital control logic to every bobbin.

With independent proportional valves and DSP control units, the system estimates reel diameter and rotational inertia in real time, then fine-tunes air pressure for each bobbin to support more stable tension control.

Designed for heavy-duty applications such as large conductors, subsea cables, and steel wire armouring, RigidEdge™ helps reduce individual tension variation and supports more confident operation at higher production speeds.

【先鋒的週五棒球時間⚾】
臨近假日的週五中午，是先鋒棒球社的小小活動時間。

沒有正式球場，也不一定需要標準器材。
一顆自製紙球、一支球棒、幾副手套，大家輪流上場揮幾下、接幾球，也能玩得很開心。

有的人認真揮棒，有的人負責接球，也有人雖然不上場，但在旁邊看得很投入，順便幫場上的人加油吶喊。

午休時間不長，但熱鬧程度剛剛好。
除了中午一起打球，平常只要有棒球消息、搶票情報或活動資訊，也會有人分享、有人討論。

球不一定飛得遠，但笑聲通常滿大聲的。

【Making Silicone Oil Spraying a Practical Process Choice】

For extrusion lines looking to reduce powder-related dust and cleaning work, silicone oil spraying offers a cleaner alternative to traditional powder application.

But to make it reliable in daily production, the process needs more than spraying itself.

It requires stable oil application, line speed synchronization, independent monitoring, and proper oil recovery.

Pioneer’s SSU 2.0 Silicone Oil Spraying Unit is designed to support stable and controllable oil spraying, while the OCU-3 Oil Cleaning Unit helps filter and reuse recovered oil.

【When the Exhibition Ended, Another Journey Continued】

After Wire Düsseldorf 2026, part of the Pioneer team continued south for another journey through southern Germany — seven days on the bike, more than 500 km of riding, and countless views along the way.

From Lake Constance toward the Königssee area, there were beautiful views, long roads, and moments that asked the team to keep going.

在本次Wire Düsseldorf 2026 中，框式絞線機是先鋒最受矚目的技術主題。

在電線電纜的絞線與鎧裝製程中，張力穩定性直接影響了生產效率。

許多客戶受限於傳統空壓或磁滯煞車的被動控制，
導致機台空有高性能卻不敢開快。
