📣又到了粉紅十月- 國際 #乳癌 防治月！

👩‍⚕️目前台灣女性癌症發生率第一名就是乳癌，尤其是45-69歲的女性，約每十萬名婦女就有188-194人是乳癌患者。衛服部統計顯示，每天約31位婦女被診斷罹患乳癌、約6位婦女因乳癌而失去寶貴性命。

🤘『及早預防、及早發現、及早治療』是國際乳癌防治月的推廣宗旨，越早發現存活率可高達九成以上！

以下族群為乳癌的高風險群:
🔹乳房切片有不正常的細胞增生
🔹有乳癌家族史，特別是母親或一等親姊妹曾罹患乳癌
🔹未曾生育或三十歲以上才生第一胎女性
🔹初經較早（11歲前）或停經較晚（55歲以後）女性
🔹任一側乳房曾經得過乳癌
🔹飲食偏愛高脂肪食物、嗜菸酗酒者
🔹長期使用賀爾蒙補充劑

👉終結乳癌的8大行動:
1. 每月自我檢查乳房，有異狀立即就醫
2. 30-45歲間定期進行乳房檢查
3. 45歲起每2年進行一次乳房攝影篩檢
4. 攝取富含纖維及抗氧化成分的蔬果
5. 維持健康體重，過多脂肪會增加罹患乳癌的風險
6. 每週至少運動150分鐘
7. 盡量不喝含酒精飲品
8. 不抽菸，若有抽菸習慣請戒菸.....
