A customer from Japan required packaging for canister cotton swabs, with exceptionally high standards for surface smoothness after shrink labeling.
To meet this requirement, Benison implemented a multi-stage preheating system combined with a two-stage shrink process. This design allows the labels to soften evenly before entering the shrink zone and to conform steadily to the canister during shrinkage, resulting in a smooth, refined finish.
​
Through a structured multi-stage preheating design, both the plastic canisters and labels are maintained at an optimal temperature before shrinkage, reducing the risk of wrinkles caused by sudden temperature differences. This approach not only improves consistency in the final appearance but also enhances overall line stability—ensuring high-shrink applications achieve uniform, high-quality results without relying on repeated manual adjustments.
