在充滿歡樂與節慶氛圍的十二月，精穩 很榮幸受邀參與 N世代學苑年終大聚活動，並在現場與超過 200 位企業學長姐與夥伴們一同交流、學習與分享。
活動從白天一路進行到晚間，現場始終維持近九成滿座，會後交流更是熱絡到超時才依依不捨散場，讓我們深刻感受到 N世代學苑這個社群所凝聚的熱情與能量。
本次活動由當屆 #實戰班、 #共學班 同學輪流上台，分享一年來的實際執行成果與心路歷程。透過來自不同產業、不同經營階段的真實案例，看見新技術與新思維如何真正落地應用，也讓我們在台下產生許多共鳴與反思。
精穩也很榮幸在此次活動中，與大家分享過去一年在 數位轉型 歷程中的實戰經驗與甘苦談。從觀念轉換、內部溝通、流程調整，到實際導入與持續修正，每一步都充滿挑戰；也正是這些不斷嘗試與修正的過程，讓我們更清楚企業未來前進的方向。
這一年來，無論是一路陪伴的顧問導師，或是經驗豐富的楷模們，都帶來了極具啟發性的經營分享，協助我們從不同視角重新思考企業的競爭力與成長路徑。
很感謝能成為 N世代學苑 的一份子，在這個持續學習、彼此扶持的環境中前進。

In this festive December, JINWOEN was honored to participate in the N Generation Academy Year-End Gathering, joining over 200 business leaders and professionals for a day of meaningful exchange and learning.
The event maintained nearly 90% attendance throughout the day, with post-event discussions continuing enthusiastically well beyond schedule—demonstrating the strong engagement and momentum of this community.
Participants from the and programs shared real-world results and reflections from the past year. Across diverse industries, we saw how digital technologies, operational innovation, and new business thinking are being translated into practical ex*****on.
We were also pleased to share our digital transformation journey at JINWOEN—from mindset alignment and internal communication, to process optimization and system implementation. While challenging, these hands-on experiences have strengthened our direction toward smart manufacturing and sustainable competitiveness.
We are grateful for the guidance of mentors and role models who continue to inspire broader perspectives on leadership, strategy, and growth.
