Three days at , and what a show it was! 🙌

This year, the conversation went beyond AI detection to a bigger question: what can we do with the data?

From EagleAi® fabric inspection and PlySight™ production planning to X-ray inspection, smarter heat press automation, and the PDP-2000 digital cut-piece QC table, we showcased how production information can move beyond individual machines and support better decisions across the factory.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who stopped by, exchanged ideas, and explored these possibilities with us. We were also honored to celebrate TITAS’ 30th anniversary and receive the “Distinguished Exhibition Recognition” for our long-term participation.

Can X-ray inspection detect a tiny metal object inside a carton? 📦

In this garment QC workflow test, the OX-400/600 inspects the skirt both before and after it is placed in a carton. With adaptive self-learning, the metal buckles are ignored while the 0.8 mm ferrous test piece is successfully detected.

What if you could identify which cut pieces may be affected by fabric defects before spreading begins?

PlySight™ brings EagleAi® defect data, the production marker, spreading requirements, and selected fabric rolls into a single simulation. It maps each roll’s defect coordinates to the expected spreading layers and shows which marker pieces may be affected.

Operators can compare the simulated results and select the fabric roll with the least impact. The data is then transferred to the spreading machine, where the projector overlays the selected roll’s defect locations with the marker directly on the fabric, helping operators verify affected pieces and prepare replacements more efficiently.
