This system combines a Floating Tank (Sink-Float Separation) with a high-speed Dryer to ensure efficient plastic processing. The Floating Tank separates plastics based on density, where lighter materials such as PP and PE float while heavier materials like PET sink.
After separation, the floating plastics are automatically transferred to the Dryer, where excess water is removed through high-speed spinning or air drying. This results in clean and dry plastic flakes ready for the next stage such as pelletizing or extrusion.
