Dear Customers!
we're getting constant information about Fraud attempts from companies trying to use our holding name BKM-WOOD.

Only the following Companies
- "Zdorovyi Son, LLC" (translated as "Healthy Sleep LLC")
and
- VENETO ITALIA, S.R.L. Are authorized for selling of the pellets under brand of BIOPellets from Ukraine

Following several simple rules will help you prevent losses!
1) Do not transfer costs to the unchecked companies.
2) Always Check the company registration number and VAT number on special web-sites (basically every country has a special one)
3) Ask for photos of the production plant/ certification etc.
4) Try to visit the plant/ warehouse every time somebody sends you a proforma!
5) be careful if the price seems too low and if they ask for just a partial prepayment!
