Synthetic pyrolysis fuel. What is it?
In the process of processing old tires, 40% of the synthetic pyrolysis fuel is produced from 100% of the tire composition. This is one of the most valuable secondary products that come from recycling old tires.
In a chemical analysis of the resulting synthetic pyrolysis fuel, we see that in terms of its qualitative characteristics, it is like fuel between naval fuel oil F-12 and heating oil M-40.
Analyzes show that this type of fuel has a very high calorific value and calorific value of 40325 kcal / kg. Also, low pour point (-18.5 degrees Celsius) and low sulfur content - 0.9%. Such indicators make synthetic pyrolysis fuel a very good alternative fuel. Alternative, because to obtain this type of fuel it is not necessary to extract mineral resources from the earth. We recycle waste and get high-quality high-calorie fuel.
Also, synthetic pyrolysis fuel is completely processed into light petroleum products: gasoline 25%; diesel 50%; kerosene 12.5% and fuel oil 12.5%. And these fuels are fully consistent with quality standards. And for the processing of synthetic pyrolysis fuel into light oil products, it is not necessary to build a refinery. It is only enough to complete the UTILIZER tire recycling plant and add a distillation distillation column. We will direct the gas produced during tire processing to a distillation distillation column and with this gas we will distill the synthetic pyrolysis fuel and divide it into gasoline, diesel, kerosene and fuel oil.
Where and how are synthetic pyrolysis fuels used?
1) Like ordinary heating oil using special fuel oil burners for burning this type of fuel.
2) As the main raw material for obtaining light petroleum products: gasoline, diesel, kerosene, fuel oil.
Think and decide for yourself how it is better and more profitable to use synthetic pyrolysis fuel.
