Despite the fact that mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 are widespread, the urgency of finding new long-term ways to protect against COVID-19 remains. One of the most promising candidates is an exosome-based vaccine.

Scientists are developing a new product in which they plan to put two different viral proteins to improve the acquisition of immune protection. To fulfil this plan, they injected the genes of the virus into laboratory cells, and then received exosomes from them and already developed a vaccine based on them 💉

After the introduction of the 1st and 2nd doses of the vaccine, the concentration of antibodies to viral proteins increased each time by 1500 times, and after the 3rd dose - by 280 times 📈
