💡У пошуку енергоефективних рішень для опалення будівель девелопери житлової та комерційної нерухомості все частіше дивляться в бік технологій, які ще кілька років тому здавалися нішевими, а зараз набирають популярність.
🌡️На заході RED Community, яке об’єднує девелоперів з усієї України, Ірина Суходуб поділилася саме таким кейсом — впровадження системи опалення та гарячого водопостачання для багатоквартирного будинку на основі теплових насосів.
Йдеться про будинок у Тростянці — один із перших прикладів багатоквартирного житла в Україні, де подача тепла у квартири базується на використанні теплових насосів та сонячної електростанції. Реалізувала проєкт модернізації опалення Тростянецька міська рада рада за підтримки донорів Green Planet Energy, Екологічного фонду Greenpeace та Greenpeace e.V.
🌍 iC consulenten та CES clean energy solutions розробили концепцію модернізації й супроводжували впровадження нової системи теплопостачання.
🌱Ми раді бачити, що такі рішення отримують увагу і серед громад, і серед девелоперів. Це одна з важливих передумов переходу «зелених» технологій з категорії інновацій у новий ринковий стандарт.
💡Seeking energy-efficient heating solutions, residential and commercial real estate developers are increasingly turning to technologies that seemed niche just a few years ago but are now rapidly going mainstream.
🌡️At the RED Community event, which brings together developers from across Ukraine, Iryna Sukhodub presented a compelling case study: the implementation of a heat pump-based heating and domestic hot water system for a multi-family residential building.
The project focuses on a building in Trostyanets — one of Ukraine's first examples of multi-apartment housing where heat supply is provided by heat pumps and a solar power plant. This modernization project was implemented by the Trostyanets City Council with the support of donors, including Green Planet Energy, the Greenpeace Ecological Fund, and Greenpeace e.V.
🌍 iC consulenten and CES clean energy solutions developed the modernization concept and provided technical consultancy throughout the implementation of the new thermal supply system.
🌱We are encouraged to see such solutions gaining traction among both local communities and private developers. This interest is a vital prerequisite for "green" technologies to evolve from innovations into a new market standard.
