PhD Marcin Sołtysiak, President of the ELQ Group and principal shareholder of the Group, has completed the acquisition of 100% of shares in Polenergia Fotowoltaika through an investment vehicle associated with the ELQ Capital Group.

This is a transaction of strategic importance — both from the perspective of the company’s further development and the broader investment and competence-building direction around the ELQ Group in the energy sector.

Polenergia Fotowoltaika S.A. is an organization with an established market position, operational experience, a professional team, know-how and a customer base in the distributed energy and photovoltaic solutions segment.

The value of this transaction is not limited to a change of ownership.

Its strategic relevance lies in the ability to combine several key areas:

The company continues its operations without disruption. Ongoing projects, customer service, agreements, service obligations and warranties remain in place and continue to be executed under the existing principles.

This is an important moment — not only because it closes one transaction.

But because it opens the next stage of building a position in a sector that will be one of the foundations of the future economy.

Distributed energy, local generation, energy efficiency, technology integration and customer-side energy services will become an increasingly important part of the new market architecture.
